Our 9th Anniversary

9 years ago on May 20th I married my best friend, who also funny enough was my brother's best friend since they were little kids.  We embark on many an exciting adventure just because we can.  This being the long weekend Neal and I decided to head out to the Evergreen Brick Works.  It's an old brick making factory that's been transformed into this really family fun eco-place.  Some weekends they have a farmer's market or different festivals.  This weekend was no exception.  They had a beer festival going on while we were there.
There are also many cool art installations that you can see.  They also have a great place for kids to play and learn about nature.
And there are also great walking trails to explore as well.  We were able to look at the pond that they have there and there were fish and turtles and all kinds of animals as well.

For dinner we went to this nice Kosher restaurant called Golden Chopsticks.  It was a great kosher Chinese restaurant.  YUM!!!

On our way home from dinner, Neal and I saw an old man laying on the ground so he stopped the car and I jumped out to help him.  Others had also stopped to help as well.  I'm a first aid provider so I had to help.  Thankfully the old guy was ok and was able to walk home with his son.  Thank goodness.

Happy Anniversary Neal!
