Our Day Out On Lake Wilcox

Today we took the new iSUP out on Lake Wilcox for it's test run.  I really enjoyed my paddle but it did take some getting use to.  It wasn't too hard to pump it up but getting the fin into the correct place was a struggle.  I think we needed to have a look at the Utube video a few more times to make it easier.  It handled very well on the water.  I was a little wobbly and ended up falling into the water.  I preferred to paddle on my knees instead of standing up.

For my lovely husband, he was using an ikayak.  He had a great time and it handles much better than expected.  Unfortunately, it did spring a leak in a non-critical area and needed to be patched.
